Welcome to ReadyStation, the station operations and mobile platform for Water Witch Fire Company. By accessing or using our website or mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
ReadyStation is designed for authorized members of the Water Witch Fire Company to manage station operations, apparatus maintenance, and community news. Unauthorized use, access, or tampering with non-public areas of this platform is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary or legal action.
To use full operational features, you must log in using your authorized department email address via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all actions taken under your account.
All content, designs, maps, and logos on ReadyStation are owned by or licensed to Water Witch Fire Company. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material from this platform without written authorization from the department administration.
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and availability of ReadyStation (including water sources, map routing, and hydrant data), emergency situations require field verification. The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, and we are not liable for any operational delays, data inaccuracies, or service disruptions during emergency incidents.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without notice, if you violate these terms, cease to be an active member of the department, or engage in any behavior that compromises station security or operational integrity.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
