ReadyStation ("we," "our," or "us") provides an operations management and community intelligence platform for the Water Witch Fire Company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our web portal and mobile application.

• Account Information: When you register as a member of Water Witch Fire Company, we collect your name, email address, and profile preferences (such as user interface theme). ReadyStation uses Google OAuth authentication.
• Location Data: To display live map features (such as nearest hydrants, drafting sites, and helicopter landing zones for active operations), our app can access your device's GPS coordinates. This data is processed locally on your device to show relevant overlays and is never permanently stored on our servers or shared with third parties, except when you explicitly log an emergency incident response.
• Operational Records: We store department logs, apparatus checks, gear inventory logs, and training records created by authorized personnel. This data is for Water Witch Fire Company operational purposes only.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used solely to support emergency services, operational tracking, and department training, including:

• Authenticating member log-ins.
• Tracking gear assignments and apparatus safety checks.
• Providing real-time response planning assistance.
• Fulfilling training qualification requirements.

3. Data Security and Retention

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect member data. Personal accounts and operational files are retained as long as your membership is active, or as required by state and local record retention policies for fire departments.

4. Your Data and Account Deletion Choices

You have the right to request access to your data, correction of any inaccuracies, or full deletion of your user account. Since account credentials correspond to department-assigned roles, account deletion will remove your personal database entries.
