Are you ready to make a difference in your community? We are always looking for dedicated volunteers to join our ranks. No experience is required—we provide all the training and gear you need.

Youth CCST Path

High school juniors and seniors can attend the **Cecil County School of Technology** to earn national Fire and EMS certifications and credits for free.

Free MFRI Training

Get free collegiate-level and nationally recognized training and certifications (EMT, Firefighter I/II) via the **Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute**.

$7,000 Tax Credit

Qualifying active volunteers are eligible for a **$7,000 Maryland State Income Tax Deduction** to reward your dedicated service.

VLOSAP Pension

Earn Length of Service Award Program (**VLOSAP**) credits to qualify for service awards and a volunteer service pension.

What You Will Experience

Gain real-world emergency experience, operate state-of-the-art apparatus, find a lifelong family of teammates, and get active physical fitness while serving Cecil County. We offer roles in **Firefighting, EMS/Ambulance, and Administrative Support**.
